These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through IDM Prints PH, including customized printing products and related services.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
1. About Our Products
Many products offered by IDM Prints PH are made to order and customized according to customer specifications.
Product images shown on our website and social media are for reference. The finished product may have minor differences due to materials, lighting, screen settings, printing processes, and production conditions.
2. Pricing
Prices may vary depending on:

* Size
* Material
* Printing method
* Finishing
* Customization
* Design requirements
* Packaging
* Delivery requirements
Quotes are based on the specifications provided at the time of inquiry.
If the specifications change, the quotation may also change.
3. Quotations
A quotation is based on the information provided by the customer.
If the customer changes the size, material, quantity, artwork requirements, or other specifications, IDM Prints PH may issue an updated quotation.
A quotation is not considered a final order until the customer confirms the order and completes the required payment.
4. Intellectual Property
Customers are responsible for obtaining the necessary rights or permission to use artwork, logos, photographs, fonts, illustrations, characters, trademarks, and other materials submitted to IDM Prints PH.
By submitting artwork for printing, you confirm that you have the right or permission to have the material reproduced.
IDM Prints PH is not responsible for intellectual-property disputes arising from customer-supplied materials.
5. Right to Refuse an Order
IDM Prints PH reserves the right to decline an order where production may violate applicable law, infringe third-party rights, or create unreasonable technical or production concerns.
6. Customer-Provided Information
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted with an order.
Once production has started, IDM Prints PH may not be able to accommodate corrections or changes.
7. Payments
Payment requirements will be indicated during checkout, quotation, or order confirmation.
IDM Prints PH may delay production until the required payment has been received.
For corporate or bulk orders, special payment terms may be agreed upon in writing.
8. Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted as early as possible.
Customized orders may not be cancelled once production has started.
If cancellation is approved before production, any refund will depend on the work and costs already incurred.
9. Limitation Regarding Delivery Dates
Production and courier delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by circumstances outside IDM Prints PH's control.
Customers are encouraged to order sufficiently in advance of important events and deadlines.
10. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, prices, photos, and other website information accurate.
However, occasional errors or changes may occur.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, and adjust pricing when necessary.
11. Privacy
Customer information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine privacy laws.
12. Policy Updates
IDM Prints PH may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The version published on this website at the time an order is placed will generally apply to that order.
